What is your return policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@raneecoco.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items and clearance items marked down 50% or more cannot be returned. Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.

How long have you been in business?

Raneecoco was established in 2012, and has been shaking things up ever since.

Do you do engravings?

We do not offer engraving services for jewelry that has been purchased somewhere else, but we can certainly incorporate engraving into your Raneecoco jewelry.

Do you provide warranty on your jewelry?

Quality is our highest priority and we stand behind the craftsmanship and integrity of our jewelry. We want our clients to be completely happy with their one-of-a-kind pieces, so we will do what it takes to achieve this goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know! We provide a lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship. However, we charge a nominal fee for repairs due to normal wear and tear.
