What payment methods do you accept and is my payment secured?

The price on my order confirmation does not match the amount that was taken from my account, why is that?

The prices on our website are in the U.S. Dollar (USD). Please convert any amount into your own currency before placing your order.The amount taken from your account is how much the total amount is in your currency. Please contact us if you have any questions.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has not shipped yet, you will receive the refund immediately. If the package has shipped, we will try our best to recover the package for you and give you a refund immediately after the return. However, whether the package can be successfully recovered depends on when the product has been sent. Please confirm your order several times and confirm that it is correct. If you have any questions, please contact us your order number as soon as possible, and we will process it for you.

How do I add a discount code?

Once you have added items to your cart, discount codes are entered at the checkout page. You will see a grey square box for you to enter your discount code. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update to the discount code that was entered. Please apply all discount codes before placing your order. We are unable to update your order or provide a discount refund after the order is placed.

How do I check my order status?

On the left of your account dashboard, you will see your account information and in the main area, you will see your "Order History" if you have previously ordered from us.

I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Something is wrong with my order.

Please contact us with your order number within 7 days of delivery for any issues you may have with your order. We ask to keep all jewelry in its original packaging in order to further investigate your order issue. In the instance your jewelry is wrongly sent, you can return the product to us, and once we receive the return, we will resend the package. Or, you can return the wrong product; Meanwhile, place a new order again, so that you can receive the desired product more quickly.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

For quality problems, contact us within 3 days of receipt to return the goods. Non-quality problems can only be exchanged within 7 days. Your satisfaction has always been our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.

 

Do you ship internationally and what are the rates?

We currently offer free standard shipping over US$100. For orders with a total order amount of less than $100, a shipping fee of $15 is required. Packages should be delivered in one to two weeks. Expedited options are available. Expedited delivery should be expected within five workdays. Expedited delivery charges a US$25 or is free on orders over US$300.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. (if your shipping method chosen has tracking)

What if my package is lost?

We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. Please first make sure if there is someone else that has received the package.
